For orders placed before 12:00 noon we will attempt to despatch that day - Monday to Friday - (subject to stock availability and order volumes). We are also pleased to be able to offer you both a Standard and an Express Service.
Typical delivery times:
Standard Delivery: 3-5 days.
Express Delivery: 1-2 days.
DELIVERY COSTS appear in your BASKET once you've selected your country of destination and before you are asked to pay.

The good news is we are happy to deliver all over the world. The not so good news is we prefer not to ship glassware overseas due to the very high chance of breakages. Delivery charges for goods shipped overseas can be found during the checkout process and are based on the destination country and the weight of goods. Satisfaction & Returns Policy
All our products are carefully selected and have usually been proven in the wine trade first, before being offered for general sale.
Order Cancellation and Returns.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order this can be done up to seven working days from the date after delivery of the goods. To cancel please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name and Invoice No. By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows: 1. Where you are returning a full item we will refund full costs. 2. Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred. 3. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Products that are deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent can be returned for replacement, or a full refund and, this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Faulty goods can be returned up to 28 working days following receipt of order. Please return all goods to us (in the original packaging, if possible).
