The WINE GIFT CENTRE is a trading division of
The Waiter's Friend Company Limited a family run company registered in England, No 3966847 that first started trading in the 1980's. In May 2010 we won a coveted special commendation at the Drinks Business Awards for services to the wine trade. Waiter's Friend is based at our own modern state-of-the-art distribution centre: 12 Quadrum Park, Old Portsmouth Road, Peasmarsh, Guildford GU3 1LU, UK where vistors are welcome. Our VAT No. is GB 592 0908 27.

Our Service Promise
Its our aim to meet the delivery times shown below. Should we fail to meet these times, we will inform you immediately we become aware of this and let you know when you can expect delivery.
For orders placed before 12:00 noon we will attempt to despatch that day - Monday to Friday - (subject to stock availability and order volumes).
Typical delivery times:
Standard Delivery: 3-5 days.
Express Delivery: 1-2 days.
DELIVERY COSTS appear in your BASKET once you've selected your country of destination and before you are asked to pay.

Satisfaction & Returns Policy
All our products are thoughtfully produced, primarily in Europe and have usually been proven in the wine trade first, before being offered for sale. Our Directors regularly visit most of the factories that produce for Waiter's Friend to ensure the highest ethical and quality standards.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order this can be done up to seven working days from the date after delivery of the goods. To cancel please email customercare@waitersfriend.com stating your name and Invoice No. By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows: 1. Where you are returning a full item we will refund full costs. 2. Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred. 3. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Products that are deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent can be returned for replacement, or a full refund and, this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Faulty goods can be returned up to 28 working days following receipt of order. Please return all goods to us (in the original packaging, if possible).
This is, of course, in addition to your statutory rights and only applies to goods purchased on-line at Wine Gift Centre
