All our products are carefully selected and have usually been proven in the wine trade first, before being offered for general sale.
Order Cancellation and Returns.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order this can be done up to seven working days from the date after delivery of the goods. To cancel please email customercare@waitersfriend.com stating your name and Invoice No. By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows: 1. Where you are returning a full item we will refund full costs. 2. Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred. 3. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Products that are deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent can be returned for replacement, or a full refund and, this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Faulty goods can be returned up to 28 working days following receipt of order. Please return all goods to us (in the original packaging, if possible).
This is, of course, in addition to your statutory rights and only applies to goods purchased on-line at Wine Gift Centre

Competitions
You need to be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK to enter our competitions. Employees of TWFC and other TWFC group companies and any company associated to the specific competition and their families are not eligible to enter the competition. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Proof of making phone call, sending post/e-mail is not proof of our receipt of your entry. Unfortunately, no responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition. Winners will be formally notified within 21 days of the closing date.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize may not be transferred to any other person. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants request but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. TWFC will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition. Competition winners may be asked to take part in or co-operate with publicity. Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about TWFC, its business and personnel received by them as a result of the competition. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors. Use of false name or address, eg name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. TWFC reserves the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and address as directed by TWFC before such person may claim their prize. In certain circumstances, TWFC shall, at its discretion, require any person to present themselves in person supported by such documentation for identification purposes (we will reimburse all reasonable travel costs incurred) prior to releasing the prize. Contestants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by TWFC will be excluded from the competition. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules. We will keep your personal details for a reasonable time so that we can send you any prize that you have won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. We may pass your details on to our service providers and agents for the purposes of sending you the prize on our behalf.
