Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on 'Add to Basket' beside items that you wish to buy to put them into the Shopping Basket. After you have finished making your selection, click on 'Go to Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, no problem! Simply place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept online payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo cards. Alternatively, you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. Cheque with order is possible but we cannot despatch your goods until full payment has been received.
Delivery Method Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of your order. In certain territories you may have the option of Standard or Express delivery and you will be given the choice (along with costs) at the Checkout.

We do not normally make a charge for handling.

We are a UK-based company serving our customers worldwide. As such we are able to deliver any of our products to wherever you require. It is possible to deliver to an address other than your home, or to another person as a gift. Please note, we are not currently able to provide gift wrapping and messages.
Back Orders If any part of your order is not in stock, we will create a separate 'back order' for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders placed in the UK, 17.5% VAT is added. All orders for delivery to a European Union member state are subject to VAT except where a valid VAT Registration number is provided. Deliveries to all other nations are 'zero rated' and our system will automatically reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security All credit and debit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed using the latest 128 bit encryption. Your credit card is processed in real time by our security partner, SecPay Ltd. Because your details are processed electronically, your card information is not made visible at any point and is not stored in clear text format anywhere.
Guarantee All our products are carefully selected and have usually been proven in the wine trade first, before being offered for general sale. If for any reason a purchase does not meet your expectations, please return it to us (in the original packaging, if possible) and we will either refund your money in full, less the original postage costs, or replace the item, as you wish, within 30 days. This is, of course, in addition to your statutory rights.
